New York, March 17, 2022 — Oxydus, a water technology company, will launch its Digital Security Offering on March 17th, 2022. The company seeks to design and build devices that draw moisture from the air in order to process it into clean, drinkable water. Powered by its patented AI and multi-stage water filtration system, Oxydus aims to disrupt the Atmospheric Water Generator industry by bringing water to places where little to none exist. Investors participating in the Oxydus offering will receive a pro rata equity stake in Oxydus.

The launch comes after the company has been successfully issued two U.S. Patents (Methods and System) and awarded one international PCT Patent.
